Amazing food and at reasonable prices.. The noodle options are out of this world, really tasty and affordable

Their prices are listed online a lot cheaper than when you get to the restaurant. Even tho they raised their prices over a year ago they haven't updated any menus. Nice people and the size of the dish was big enough to share.

Great food and service.

Food was great and quick. The service ruined it for me. I understand people have bad days but when your job is working with the public, you might want to leave the bad day at the door and dang sure don’t talk about the customers where the customer can hear! He was just RUDE!!! WILL NOT BE BACK!

Unfortunately I was very disappointed in this restaurant regardless of the average high score it gets by others. I ordered grilled chicken "bun" (boon)or vermicelli bowl for those not familiar. I received a plate of white "American" rice with a few pieces of grilled chicken and two slices of tomato and cucumber. No vermicelli. No good vegies that normally accompany such orders. Cilantro, basil, sprouts, etc etc. At least the rice could have been something better than cheap American white rice. Lol. Many of you will not understand, but anyone versed in Vietnamese food will feel my disappointment! I wanted to ask if my meal was what they eat at home? I payed for my meal anyway, without eating it. Very disappointed. Not anything close to "authentic".

The spring rolls are to die for. Everything I have tried on their menu has been really good. Even the vegetarian menu is outstanding. Good prices, plenty of food

Food was not very good,small portions and expensive for what you get.However, you cannot just charge my card whatever you want after I've signed the reciept and left the business. Paid for the meal and a tip.Not very honest. We won't be back.

Some of the best Vietnamese I've had. Best restaurant in Longview. Used to live next door walked over at least twice a week. 10 of ten recommend to anyone.

I love this place. For the people who have never been you should come and eat. Have the A4 and P14.

Pleasant atmosphere and good food. Not extravagant, but the staff was friendly, and the prices are reasonable. A fantastic place to stop by if you are craving Vietnamese food or a taste of Asian cuisine.

I used to come here every weekend with my boyfriend for date day and loved every experience, but as of a few months ago, the customer service has gone way downhill.specifically, there's an older male server that is SO RUDE. he always has an attitude and is very inconsistent. the food is great, but the service and atmosphere has sadly changed.we miss jordan!!!

Best pho I've had

This is my husband's favorite restaurant. They have vegan/vegetarian options. My favorite dish is the lemongrass tofu. He always gets the vegetarian pho.

I liked it,but my wife hated it because she said she found hair all in her lemongrass chicken and complained about the price ,don't know if we'll ever go back.

Went in not knowing What to expect. We were immediately offered a seat. The waitress was very tentative. Brought our drinks very promptly, we received our appetizers in a timely fashion, they were very good! Try the fish sauce! The main course was very big and filling worth every penny! The beef Lemon grass soup was very flavorful. And the grilled chicken was perfect for someone keeping to a diet. I suggest peanut sauce on it. Thank you Pho Saigon!

The pho is just okay but the staff working here is the reason I will never go back. Extremely rude, unprofessional, immature and very foul mouthed. There were 3 people on the dining floor. They were all sitting together. They were talking about murdering people and then one of the guys started singing rap songs. Then he said the Lords name in vain and that was it for me. After that I walked out. So offend. So the next day I drove across town to the other Vietnamese restaurant, Pho Vietnamese and WOW. Yes I will never eat at Pho Saigon again.

everything I've tried has been authentic, the place is clean, the staff friendly. As with all restaurants they have their strengths. I find several dishes I like and never deviate. Those are always excellent and hit my spot. So I'll have to keep trying new ones so I can add them.

The food is good, but sometimes inconsistent in flavor when they switch cooks.The service is generally good, but sometimes inattentive.That said, today I tried the S11 (all dishes are numbered), and substituted fried rice for the standard rice, and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I moved here recently from Shreveport and was in search of the best pho! I found it!

It was ok. Yes just ok. Are inside it was hot like ac wasn't in good condition. Out of signature drinks. Tried the coconut juice it wasn't for me which is a glass of water with 3 slices of baby coconut added to it so I got a Coke instead it was flat so I drank nothing ... ordered combo fried rice which has at least 3 different meats in it the picture suggested they were fairly large chunks of meat but the actual didn't have barely less than bite size chunks in it like fine diced with very little beef very little chicken decent amount of small shrimp ...but nothing comes with it just the bowl and that's it for $10 a bowl. Customer service wasn't bad but wasn't good it was like could care less if we were there or not. All on all it was just ok. Flavor was ok so was whole experience.

Hot, fresh, clean and friendly. Very healthy menu., we have enjoyed each time we've been. We so glad that this restaurant is in longview. God bless.

Just ok food taste-wise. Only the soup was flavorful. The chicken in my rice dish was not tender at all. The spring roll & fried egg roll were also just ok. Service was good though. We were sat and given menus the moment we arrived, and orders were taken minutes later. Food arrived within a good wait time. Location is good with ample parking and easy in and out of the parking lot.

Always a great choice for alot of food on a budget. Hearty and tasty, seats available and even while busy wait staff is always kind.

We came in here with the whole family and everyone absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back again and wish we had this restaurant in our town.

This is one of my favorite restaurants next to Jason's deli . The people who work there are hard workers. Karl will take my order and he will bring it back hot and delicious every time. My daughter likes spicy so she always gets BN9 which is the lemongrass beef,! she. loves it. The owner, Kari Nguyen is great. My family and I have been regulars since they opened.

love the food here. just parking close sometimes is hard since location is next to bar. but never any other issues.

Fantastic Chicken Lemon Grass Soup Extra Large

100 degrees outside and almost that hot inside! Service inefficient and inattentive. Disappointing food and somewhat overpriced. Staff sat in corner with “questionable” visitors who came and went. Uncomfortable atmosphere. My first and last time to be there. But to be honest, I don’t care much for noodles or rice or spicy food.

Best Pho in Longview (in my opinion). The eggrolls are really good, cooked to perfection and served with a really good dipping sauce. Restaurant is kept clean and staff is nice. At first I only came here every now and then but now I eat here on average once a month. Pho is absolutely amazing when sick (or hungover).

The food was excellent. The portions were slightly under what I believe is filling. The service wasn't bad. The air conditioning wasn't working properly on a 100 degree day.

Don't go here unless being treated bad is your thing. The older man at the desk who is almost always there is super rude and I typically don't mind but he is on a different level. He literally was mad when I decided to sit down to eat instead of get it to go. Wanna know why? Because he didn't want to get up. So good luck getting him to get up for anything else. You have to walk the check to him as well. The food portions have gotten smaller while the prices have gone up. I use to like this place but it is just constantly getting worse. It really feels like your not welcome in there and they want you out. Idk why. Weird.

Amazing food. I would eat their soup during colder days. The cold noodles make for a refreshing treat on warm summer days. Really chill environment perfect for a lunch date.

I've always wanted to try pho soup because it's listed as one of the best foods in the world. I got to try it here and it was good!

Not a clean establishment. We arrived and attempted to sit an one table but had hair stuck on top. The second table we chose had the same but we chose to ignore and peeled it off. The menus were covered in dried food in between the pages. The last straw was the waiter wearing open toed sport sandals. We gave it a shot but we just couldn't overlook these issues. I cannot honestly give this place a good review.

This place is amazing, I have no other word that could describe it better. My uncle treated me here and I'm not a big fan of soups, but this place changed my outlook. I've been back several times since he took me the 1st time. I will continue to go back.

My grandma is from Vietnam and growing up with her cooking has made me very selective about asian food. I can honestly say this place is so close to her amazing authentic cooking. It is delicious and everytime it satisfies my stomach and my heart. The other local places just can not compare.
